WP 1 - Project management

Management of the ALiCE project is provided by the project lead partner Slovenian National Building and Civil Engineering Institute (ZAG). The aim of this work package is to ensure that the project is appropriately managed in all relevant aspects and that the different tasks are performed according to the project plan

Project management task consists of:

• coordination, management and communication between partners
• progress monitoring
• the organization of project coordination meetings and project report preparation
