RIS ALiCE Net present the professional network of experts from academia, research institutions, industry, government and regulatory authorities, service providers, NGOs, associations and all interested partners to promote the valorization of industrial residues/ by- products as secondary raw materials  (SRM) which can be used in construction sector. This network is based on the principals of circular economy and zero waste. The network is founded in the frame of RIS ALiCE project.
