WP 3 – Mapping and assessment of Al-rich residues in ESEE region
Since ESEE region dispose with huge amount mineral waste, not exploited at the moment and still landfilled, the main objective of this WP is to collect the available data on the Al-rich industrial and mine residues from the ESEE RIS partner countries with respect to their suitability for use in the low CO2 mineral binder. A detailed assessment and valorization of the Al-rich residues will be performed in Slovenia, Hungary and Bosnia and Hercegovina. The information obtained will serve as an input data for the registry created in WP4.
